1. ERPNext enabled bulk mobilization and demobilization of both in-house and rental employees. Rooms, vehicles, and other logistical assets were automatically allocated and released based on project assignments.
2. A single, centralized interface was introduced to create and manage project-wise timesheets for all mobilized employees. This eliminated duplicate data entry and improved accuracy in time tracking
3. Employee costs were automatically distributed to respective projects during payroll processing based on approved timesheets. This resulted in accurate project costing, faster financial close cycles, and real-time insights into labor expenses per project.
4. Attendance records were generated directly from timesheets, with payroll calculations driven by actual working hours and overtime. This automation reduced payroll errors, ensured policy compliance, and removed dependency on manual attendance reconciliation.
5. ERPNext streamlined the creation and tracking of multiple advance types, including personal advances, vehicle repairs, and on-site petty cash. The system also supported transfer of advance balances between employees, ensuring accurate accounting, transparent tracking, and smooth reconciliation during payroll.
6. A fully configurable absenteeism deduction engine was implemented using complex, rule- based formulas. The solution supports partial-day deductions, multi-tier leave policies, and project-specific attendance rules.
